How it works:

• Bring in your freshly–washed clothing during regular store hours.
• Sign in with one of our staff members.
• Check out what we have in–store. You never know what treasures you’ll find!
• The buyer will decide what items we’d like to purchase, and make you an offer.
• You choose to receive either:
• 50% of the selling price in–store credit to The Upstairs Closet
• 30% of the selling price paid to you by check
• Once you accept our offer, the buyer will finish up your transaction. The amount we pay is based on brand, style and condition. We reserve the right to refuse items based on factors including condition, past experience and our inventory levels.
